Ingredienti
Regional peeled tomatoes3
Aubergine1
Le gruyere cheese50 gr
Middle carrot1
Sunflower oilq.b.
Saltq.b.
White pepperq.b.
Provence herbsq.b.
Procedimento
STEP 1
Place the finely chopped seven cloves of garlic into the well heated pan with oil in it.
STEP 2
Add three peeled tomatoes and let it simmer for appr. ten minutes adding salt, Provence herbs and white pepper to it.
STEP 3
Place the tomato puree onto the serving plate.
STEP 4
Add the already chopped slices of aubergine into the pan and wait until ready.
STEP 5
Do same process with finely chopped carrot chips.
STEP 6
Grate the cheese and add it to every aubergine slice rolling it up at the end.
STEP 7
Place cheesy aubergine rolls into the pan and let them be heated until the cheese melts.
STEP 8
Place the aubergine rolls onto the serving plate to the tomato puree.
STEP 9
Do the same process with finy chopped carrot slices and add then to the serving plate when ready.
STEP 10
Enjoy.
