  • Tomatoes (3 regional ones)3 

  • Garlic (5 cloves)5 

  • Chicken200 g

  • Milkq.b.

  • Sesame seedsq.b.

  • De cecco rigatoniq.b.

  • Saltq.b.

  • Basilq.b.

Procedimento

STEP 1

For the sauce:Heat the pan.

STEP 2

Add garlic cut and in one minute the tomatoes.

STEP 3

Let it fry for two minutes.

STEP 4

Lower the heat and add the chicken breast cut into medium pieces.

STEP 5

Let it simmer for 3 minutes to absorb the tomatoes' juice and garlic aroma.

STEP 6

Add a bit of milk and Mascarpone.

STEP 7

Let it simmer further for the next 5 minutes.

STEP 8

Add salt, basil to own liking and cover the sauce.

STEP 9

At the meantime cook the rigatoni al dente.

STEP 10

In 9 minutes add pasta water to the creamy chicken sauce and mix well.

STEP 11

Add rigatoni and let it simmer further 4 minutes.

STEP 12

Add grated parmesan.

STEP 13

Place the creamy rigatoni on a serving plate and add more grated parmesan and sesame seeds.

STEP 14

Enjoy with a family.
