Procedimento
STEP 1
Heat the pan well, add oil.
STEP 2
Chop finely onion and add into the well heated pan, let it simmer on a low heat for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 3
Add grated carrots to the onion and let it join each other for appr next 2-3 minutes.
STEP 4
Add grated beetroot to the carrots and onion and let it get together for the next 2-3 minutes.
STEP 5
Add salt to the veggies mix and tomato paste (choose the amount to your own liking).
STEP 6
Peel the potatoes, cut into middle-to-big cubes and place them into the bowl with water for twenty minutes.
STEP 7
Heat the water in an special bowl and add there the cutted potato cubes.
STEP 8
When potato is ready (usually takes appr 20 minutes) add finely chopped cabbage to it and let it be cooked for the next 10 minutes (no more, if you want Borsch and not shchi).
STEP 9
The last step add the simmer d veggies mix to the bowl with potatoes and cabbage and let it be cooked for another ten minutes.
STEP 10
Turn off the heat, cover the bowl and let it be for the next ten minutes for the Aromas of each ingredient to give the real taste.
STEP 11
Enjoy.
