Ingredienti

Small white cabbageq.b.
Middle potatoes6Â
Onion1Â
Tomato pasteq.b.
Saltq.b.
Sunflower oilq.b.
Procedimento
STEP 1
Start cooking the potatoes (needed to be cut into not little pieces) takes appr 20 minutes.
STEP 2
On a well heated pan add sunflower oil, then finely chopped onion, let it simmer on a low heat for about two minutes.
STEP 3
Then add the finely chopped carrot and beetroot to the pan and let all the ingredients get to know each other.
STEP 4
In appr 10 minutes add tomato paste, let it simmer for appr two-three minutes, add salt a bit.
STEP 5
When twenty minutes is over and potatoes are ready, add finely chopped white cabbage and let it be cooking for appr 3-4 minutes.
STEP 6
Then add the onion-carrot-beetroot sauce to the already cooked potatoes and cabbage Al dente and let the soup simmer on a low heat for appr 10 minutes.
STEP 7
Et voila it is ready and enjoy.
