Ingredienti
Cippolinis4Â
Emmentaler cheese200Â gr
Saltq.b.
Cloves of garlic2Â
Herbsq.b.
White pepperq.b.
Sunflower oilq.b.
Procedimento
STEP 1
Boil onion until soft texture.
STEP 2
Let the onion cool down.
STEP 3
Stuf every leef of onion with grated Emmentaler and place again on well heated pan with sunflower oil and some butter.
STEP 4
Let it simmer slowly for appr 2-3 minutes.
STEP 5
Add salt, herbs, white pepper.
STEP 6
Place cooked stuffed onion onto a serving plate.
STEP 7
Enjoy.
