Pasta fusilli alla pomodoro con jamon e Limone

Ingredienti
Fusilli pasta20 g
Jamon5 g
Garlic cloves2
Onion2 g
Oilq.b.
Lemon zestq.b.
Two middle tomatoes2
Tomato paste2 g
Arugula2 g
Red pepper half½
Procedimento
STEP 1
For the sauce:Boil the tomatoes, let it cool down when boiled.
STEP 2
Cut red pepper in a very tiny pieces.
STEP 3
Cut garlic cloves and onion in a very thin way.
STEP 4
Heat the pan.
STEP 5
Add jamon, chopped garlic cloves, onion and let it simmer for one-two minutes.
STEP 6
Add finely chopped half of Red pepper and let it simmer for another one-two minutes.
STEP 7
Add peeled tomatoes.
STEP 8
In 3-4 minutes add tomato paste and let it simmer another 10 minutes.
STEP 9
Cook the pasta.
STEP 10
Save pasta water and ass it tobthe sauce.
STEP 11
Add fusilli to the sauce and let it simmer another 15 minutes.
STEP 12
Place already cooked pasta onto a serving plate.
STEP 13
Decorate with rest of jamon and finely chopped arugula.
STEP 14
Enjoy.
