High-protein creamy tomato pasta fusilli

Ingredienti
Three cloves of garlic3
Cherry tomatoes4
Sunflower oilq.b.
Lemonq.b.
Pasta fusilli15 gr
Cottage cheese30 gr
Saltq.b.
White pepperq.b.
Herbsq.b.
Milk5 gr
Procedimento
STEP 1
Cook the pasta using passive cooking method to save costs of energy.
STEP 2
At the same time chop garlic cloves finely, fry them on a well heated pan (don't burn).
STEP 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes onto slices and let them join garlic.
STEP 4
Add cottage cheese, milk, salt, white pepper, herbs and let it simmer for a while.
STEP 5
Add pasta water and pasta to the sauce and let it simmer for appr 15 minutes.
STEP 6
Place cooked pasta onto a serving plate.
STEP 7
Enjoy.
