Chocolate (milk)q.b.

Procedimento

For the foundation:

Cut the cashews until tiny
STEP 3
Mix one egg with cashew mix
STEP 4
Place the cashew mix into the baking form and bake for appr. 40 minutes at a low temperature
STEP 5
For the cream:
STEP 6
Separate egg whites from the egg yolks (2 eggs)
STEP 7
Whip the egg whites
STEP 8
Whip egg yolks gradually adding Mascarpone
STEP 9
To the formed Mascarpone cream add whipped egg whites
STEP 10
Place the cream cheese onto the layer of already baked cashews
STEP 11
Wait until ready
STEP 12
Let the cheese cake cool
STEP 13
Melt the chocolate
STEP 14
Pour the already melted chocolate onto the cheesecake
STEP 15
Cut the blueberries and decorate the top of cheesecake
STEP 16
