Ingredienti
Cashews150 gr
Milkq.b.
Eggs3
Powder sugar15 gr
Mascarpone100 gr
Blueberries150 gr
Milk chocolateq.b.
Procedimento
STEP 1
Grate the cashews, mix them with egg and grated banana and bake untill ready.
STEP 2
Separate the egg whites from egg yolks.
STEP 3
Whip the egg whites.
STEP 4
Whip the egg yolks gradually adding Mascarpone.
STEP 5
Add whipped egg whites to egg yolks Mascarpone cream and mix gently.
STEP 6
Add cream to the baked cashews base and put it into the fridge for at least two hours.
STEP 7
Melt the chocolate and make chocolate ganache adding milk.
STEP 8
Pour the chocolate ganache onto the frozen cake and decorate it later with grated cashews and flowers.
STEP 9
Enjoy.
