Ingredienti

Mascarponeq.b.
Chocolate (milk)q.b.

Procedimento
STEP 1
For a base of the cake:
STEP 2
Cut cashews thoroughly into tiny pieces
STEP 3
Add egg
STEP 4
Mix well
STEP 5
Ready to bake
STEP 6
For a cream cheese layer:
STEP 7
Separate egg whites and egg yolks using two eggs
STEP 8
Whip egg whites first until smooth consistency
STEP 9
Then whip egg yolks gradually adding Mascarpone
STEP 10
To the formed Mascarpone cream add gradually egg whites and mix gently
STEP 11
Add the formed cream cheese layer to the already baked cashew base and wait for appr. 30 minutes untill ready

Let the baked cheesecake cool down
STEP 13
Melt the chocolate
STEP 14
Pour the chocolate over the top of the already cooled cheesecake
STEP 15
Cut the berries into two slices and decorate the chocolate top of the cheesecake
STEP 16
Place the already made cheesecake into the fridge for a night
STEP 17
Enjoy it with a cup of cappuccino
