Procedimento

STEP 1

Separate egg whites from egg yolks.

STEP 2

Whip the egg yolks thoroughly gradually adding sugar until firm consistency.

STEP 3

Whip the egg yolk thoroughly adding sugar and Mascarpone.

STEP 4

Gradually add whipped egg whites onto the Mascarpone egg yolks cream constantly mixing until homogeneous consistency.

STEP 5

Brew Lavazza coffee and let it cool down a bit.

STEP 6

Place the lotus biscuits onto the mold pouring over it a bit of coffee.

STEP 7

The next layer is the egg whipped Mascarpone cream, place it untill lotus biscuits are fully covered.

STEP 8

Repeat the last two steps.

STEP 9

Place it into the freezer for 12 hours and sleep.

STEP 10

When in the morning spread the cocoa powder on top of tiramisu.

STEP 11

Place a delicious price of tiramisu into the serving plate.

STEP 12

Enjoy.
