Beef stew in tomato butter sauce with quinoa

Procedimento
STEP 1
For the beef preparation:Pour the sunflower oil into a well-heated pan.
STEP 2
Add finely chopped two cloves of garlic and let it simmer.
STEP 3
Fry the beef from each side thoroughly.
STEP 4
Decrease the the heat, add slices of cherry tomatoes, milk to the beef and let it simmer for minimum of 1 hour.
STEP 5
For the quinoa preparation:Clean the quinoa seeds using water.
STEP 6
Heat the water untill boiling.
STEP 7
Decrease the heat of the already boiling water to the minimum.
STEP 8
Add quinoa and let it be slowly cooked for 15 minutes.
STEP 9
Then turn off the heat completely and let quinoa simmer for the rest of 10-15 minutes.
STEP 10
Serving:Add two lettuce leaves onto the serving plate.
STEP 11
Put quinoa on it and decorate it with grated butter cheese, slice of lemon, two slices of cherry tomatoes.
STEP 12
Add the slices of beef onto the second lettuce leaf and pour the tomato-buttery sauce on it.
STEP 13
Add a bit of lemon juice onto the beef stew for better taste.
