Procedimento
STEP 1
For the dough:Mix flour, egg, sunflower oil and salt altogether and let the dough rest for appr half an hour.
STEP 2
While baking the dough make the sauce.
STEP 3
For the sauce:Mix egg, salt, Jogurt thoroughly until homogeneous consistency.
STEP 4
When the dough is al dente ready add the sauce and wait until the soft cheesy cover is formed.
STEP 5
Remember to chop finely the garlic and add to the cheesy top.
STEP 6
When the pizza is ready, take it out of the oven and place on a serving plate.
STEP 7
Enjoy.
STEP 8
The greatest addition to this kind of pizza would be glass of Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay, White Burgunder, Mosel, Rheinhessen Riesling.
