🥔Prepare the brown butter sauce in a skillet. Melt the butter. Once it is melted add the rosemary. Cook it until it becomes brown.
STEP 3
🥔 Cook the gnocchi in the boiling water for a few minutes.
STEP 4
🥔Transfer the gnocchi in the brown butter sauce for a few minutes. Add pine nuts, sprinkle pepper and parmigiano.
STEP 5
🥔Plate the gnocchi and sprinkle with the organs peel.
