  • Tbsp pine nuts1ย 

  • Package mammaemma gnocchi filled with asiago and porcini1ย 

  • Organic orange (for the peel)1ย 

  • Bunch fresh rosemary1ย 

Procedimento

STEP 1

๐Ÿฅ”Boil salted water

STEP 2

๐Ÿฅ”Prepare the brown butter sauce in a skillet. Melt the butter. Once it is melted add the rosemary. Cook it until it becomes brown.

STEP 3

๐Ÿฅ” Cook the gnocchi in the boiling water for a few minutes.

STEP 4

๐Ÿฅ”Transfer the gnocchi in the brown butter sauce for a few minutes. Add pine nuts, sprinkle pepper and parmigiano.

STEP 5

๐Ÿฅ”Plate the gnocchi and sprinkle with the organs peel.
