Basil pesto table spoons1Β Β½Β
Sun dried tomatoes - yust a few of themq.b.
Mortadella75Β grammi
Arugula - a full handq.b.
Straciatella di bufalla - table spoons2Β
Minced pistachio - teaspoons1Β Β½Β
Procedimento
STEP 1
Cut your foccacia in half and put it in the microwave to warm up. Once it's done put the focaccia in the toaster, spread olive oil and cook it until crispy.
STEP 2
Take a foccacia out of the toaster and put pesto, few tomatoes, mortadella, arugula, straciatella and some pistachio.
STEP 3
Season with salt and pepper if you want to.

If you don't want to use straciatella di Buffalo, you can always replace it with normal straciatelo or some burrataπ.
