  • Focaccia bread1 

  • Olive oil - a little bitq.b.

  • Basil pesto table spoons1 ½ 

  • Sun dried tomatoes - yust a few of themq.b.

  • Mortadella75 grammi

  • Arugula - a full handq.b.

  • Straciatella di bufalla - table spoons2 

  • Minced pistachio - teaspoons1 ½ 

Procedimento

STEP 1

Cut your foccacia in half and put it in the microwave to warm up. Once it's done put the focaccia in the toaster, spread olive oil and cook it until crispy.

STEP 2

Take a foccacia out of the toaster and put pesto, few tomatoes, mortadella, arugula, straciatella and some pistachio.

STEP 3

Season with salt and pepper if you want to.

Lo chef consiglia:
If you don't want to use straciatella di Buffalo, you can always replace it with normal straciatelo or some burrata😀.
