STEP 1

Place already prepared dorado on a well-heated pan. Bake on a low heat for 10 minutes from each side.

STEP 2

Serve with cutted celery stick and one tomato.

STEP 3

Sprinkle a bit of lemon juice on top of the fish.

STEP 4

Enjoy.
