Ingredienti
Eggsq.b.
Mascarponeq.b.
Sugarq.b.
Cocoa powderq.b.
Coffeeq.b.
Savoyardiq.b.
Bananaq.b.
Procedimento
STEP 1
Brew a good quality coffee first and let it cool.
STEP 2
Separate egg whites from egg yolks.
STEP 3
Whip carefully egg whites.
STEP 4
Whip the egg yolks.
STEP 5
Add Mascarpone gradually to the whipped egg yolks and a bit of sugar, mixing it altogether.
STEP 6
Add the whipped egg whites to the Mascarpone cream.
STEP 7
Place savoyardi bathed in coffee into the serving plate.
STEP 8
Put the layer of the cream on it.
STEP 9
Repeat the last two steps once again.
STEP 10
Put the tiramisu into the fridge for at least two hours (however, the more the better).
STEP 11
When the time is ready, take the tiramisu out of the fridge and decorate the top of it with the cocoa powder.
STEP 12
Enjoy.
