Ingredienti

Mascarponeq.b.
Savoiardiq.b.
Zuccheroq.b.
Caffèq.b.
Cacao in polvereq.b.
Procedimento
STEP 1
Separate egg whites from egg yolks.
STEP 2
Whip the egg whites thoroughly.
STEP 3
Slowly add sugar to the whipped egg whites.
STEP 4
Whip the egg yolks and add Mascarpone gradually.
STEP 5
Add whipped egg whites to the whipped sweetened already egg yolks with mascarpone.
STEP 6
Start to place the first layer of savoyardi bathed in coffee, made beforehand.
STEP 7
Add the whipped protein cream.
STEP 8
Repeat the step with the next layer of savoyardi and whipped cream.
STEP 9
Put into the fridge for at least two hours (might be more).
STEP 10
Sprinkle the cocoa powder on top of tiramisu before serving.
STEP 11
Enjoy.
