STEP 1

Peel the potatoes.

STEP 2

Cut the potatoes.

STEP 3

Place them in a bowl fully covered with water for 20 minutes.

STEP 4

Heat the sunflower oil bath.

STEP 5

Place the potatoes cut in a sunflower oil bath for two minutes.

STEP 6

Take potatoes out and let them dry a bit.

STEP 7

Repeat the last two steps.

STEP 8

Serve the fries as you like and enjoy.
