STEP 1

Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into thin slices.

STEP 2

Place them into the bowl fully covered with water for 20 minutes.

STEP 3

Take them out after and dry them thoroughly.

STEP 4

Heat the pan with sunflower oil.

STEP 5

When hot place the potatoes' slices for two minutes, take them out, dry and repeat.

STEP 6

Place cooked French fries onto the serving plate and enjoy.
