Cloves of garlic3Â
Sunflower oilq.b.
Butterq.b.
Tomatoes2Â
Cucumbers2Â
Saltq.b.
White pepperq.b.
Provence herbsq.b.
Procedimento
STEP 1
Heat the pan.
STEP 2
Pour into the pan the oil, butter, add finely chopped garlic and wait for one minute.
STEP 3
Add shrimps and let them simmer on a low heat for appr three minutes from each side.
STEP 4
Chop finely cucumbers with tomatoes.
STEP 5
Mix the veggies, adding salt, herbs, white pepper.
STEP 6
When ready place the salad onto serving plate while decorating it with shrimp.
STEP 7
Enjoy.
