Cutlet Donbass Style with home-made French fries

Ingredienti
Potatoesq.b.
Meat500 gr
Butterq.b.
Sunflower oilq.b.
Eggs2
Bread crumbsq.b.
Saltq.b.
Sesame seedsq.b.
Procedimento
STEP 1
For the French fries:
STEP 2
Peel two middle-sized potatoes, cut them into thin slices, leave them in water fully covered for 20 minutes
STEP 3
After pour the water away, dry them with the help of kitchen napkins and put into the boiling pan of sunflower oil for two minutes
STEP 4
Take the fries out, dry them from the oil and put once again into the boiling oil for the next two minutes
STEP 5
Place French fries on the serving plate and add salt, sesame seeds
STEP 6
For the Cutlet Donbass style:
STEP 7
Form the middle-sized cutlets out of ground meat ( ;-) )
STEP 8
Add butter inside each form
STEP 9
Cover the cutlet in two mixed eggs, then in breadcrumbs and repeat the circle
STEP 10
Then let those cutlet forms be ready in the boiling oil pan for 2-4 minutes
STEP 11
Serve them on a serving plate
STEP 12
