Cut the beef and pork accordingly

Form a cutlet

STEP 3

Place a cube of butter inside the cutlet

STEP 4

Place a cutlet into the egg and then into the bread crumbs

STEP 5

Repeat the last step

STEP 6

Into the pan onto the well heated oil place the cutlet a d wait for appr 1-2 minutes

STEP 7

Place the cutlet into the serving plate and let it cool down
