STEP 1

Add salt, sesame seeds to the meat and mix.

STEP 2

Form medium sized cutlets.

STEP 3

Place every cutlet into the eggs' mix, then to breadcrumbs and repeat it.

STEP 4

Heat sunflower oil until hot.

STEP 5

Place the formed cutlets into the pan for two minutes, so that the oil would cover them completely.

STEP 6

Wait until the golden colour or slightly brown one.

STEP 7

Et voila place cooked cutlets into the serving plate.
