Ingredienti
Cottage cheese500 gr
Greek yogurt 10 %50 gr
Raisins250 gr
Dried cranberries150 gr
Nuts mixture150 gr
Milk chocolate bar for the chocolate ganacheq.b.
Milk30 ml
Sunflower oilq.b.
Procedimento
STEP 1
Mix cottage cheese with raisins, cranberries and nuts well and place the mixture into the form into the fridge for at least two hours.
STEP 2
For the chocolate ganache: melt chocolate, slowly adding the milk and constantly mixing.
STEP 3
Add a bit of sunflower oil for smoother texture.
STEP 4
Pour the chocolate ganache over the frozen cottage cheese cream and place back into the freezer for four more hours.
STEP 5
Enjoy.
