Procedimento
STEP 1
For the dough:Mix flour with butter, egg and sugar.
STEP 2
Let it rest for half an hour.
STEP 3
Form the cake and bake until ready.
STEP 4
For the filling:Separate the egg whites from egg yolks.
STEP 5
Whisk egg whites until firm consistency with sugar.
STEP 6
Whisk egg yolks with sugar gradually adding Jogurt.
STEP 7
Mix altogether and let it rest in a fridge for at least half an hour.
STEP 8
Peel an apple and grate it.
STEP 9
On a low heat let the apple puree simmer with a bit of sugar.
STEP 10
Put the puree aside and let it cool down.
STEP 11
Gather the cake and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours until formed and ready.
STEP 12
