Procedimento
STEP 1
Boil the tomatoes and after cooling down separate the external layer from them.
STEP 2
In a well heated pan add tsp of butter, a bit of oil, four peeled or naked tomatoes.
STEP 3
Let the ingredients get to know each other in a cosy sauna.
STEP 4
When the ingredients met and knew each other well enough, add two eggs and let the eggs socialize with the tomatoes' mix.
STEP 5
After appr. 20 minutes serve the cooked shakshuka on a serving plate adding sesame seeds.
STEP 6
Enjoy.
