  • Egg yolks4 

  • Sugar powder15 gr

Procedimento

STEP 1

In a well heated pan pour some milk and mix it with sugar powder.

STEP 2

Then slowly add four egg yolks and mix well until homogeneous consistency.

STEP 3

When the mixture has become more solid, pour it in a special form and into the fridge for at least 8 hours.

STEP 4

Place creme brulee onto the serving plate and enjoy that tender creamy taste.
