STEP 1

On a well preheated pan melt sugar Add water, then milk and a bit of butter and four egg yolks.

Mix that and let it simmer for 10 minutes.

STEP 3

Place the mixture into the fridge for 2 hours.

STEP 4

Mix the mixture with cottage cheese and place it in the fridge overnight.

STEP 5

Decorate as you wish.

STEP 6

Enjoy with cup of morning coffee.
